The area of library is 4174 Sq.ft.it is divided in to eleven parts as follows

Inter Library Loan
Sambhajirao kendre Mahavidyalaya, Jalkot and M.P. Arts & Sci. College. Library are Connected with each other for all stakeholders.
New Arrival
New arrival of book and periodical bibliography compiled by library and circulated to the faculty member and putting on the notice board.
User orientation / Information literacy
Librarian takes lecture for orientation and how to find different resources by using OPAC, internet and open resource.
Information Display and notification
Library information such as new Arrival, library Rules, Journal List, Notices, New paper Clipping, Photo Clipping , Placement and Advertises, Thought of the Day ,Specialty of the Day ,Career Guidance ,Tribute to the Renowned etc. are displayed on Library notice board from time to time.

- Arrange Book Exhibition on Birth Anniversary of God Father of library inf. Sci. Dr. S.R. Ranganathan & Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Birth Day Anniversary.
- Essay Writing to Competition Activate to every years Reader Reading Habit.
- Arranging Books Exhibition of every years.
- Arrange Magazine , Deepwali year issue Exhibition on Deepwali Festivals.

- Online quiz organized by dept. of Library on the occasion of 128th birth anniversary of God Father of Indian Library Science Dr. S.R. Ranganathan on National Library Day Date- 12 Aug. 2020.
- Online quiz organized by dept. of Library on the occasion Marathwada Mukti Sangram Divas on 17 Sept. 2020.
BEST READER AWARD
To enhance the reading habit of the students is target of the library services in higher education. The library and its support the staff are the intimate exchanger of career, life, nation and the global attitude.
The change is the continuous phenomenon having a linear direction of success. We have been continuous proving to find out the sparks of the students to cultivate intellect and moral citizens for nation building. As part of this process, we created a platform of reading response award that is Best Reader Award.
The steps for selection of awardees are as follows:
- This competition remains open from 15th August to 26th January every year.
- The student has to enroll his name by filling one common application form in the library.
- One additional library card will be provided to them, those who wish to participate in the competition.
- A list of popular books will be displayed on the notice board of the library, for the reference the students.
- After completion of reading of any book, student has to submit written short book review in the prescribed format.
- Reviews submitted by the students will be examined by the expert teachers & final result will be prepared.
- Awards distribution function will be annually arranged.
